The delivery of capital projects for local authorities necessitates the strategic planning, financing, and construction, acquisition, or enhancement of physical assets such as schools, housing, and infrastructure to promote regeneration and transform services. This process demands a structured, multi-year strategy, generally comprising a “firm” (current) and “provisional” (future) Capital Programme, which must receive approval from both the Cabinet and the Council.

At Epelstow we are adept at managing the complex project environment presented by Local Authorities and Central Government, having managed projects with at estimated GDV of £170million across the spectrum of demands and stakeholders, often starting with a blank sheet of paper.
